This User Agreement ("Terms"or “Agreement”) is a legal contract between you and Roset Team regarding your use of the Roset mobile application (“Roset” or “the Service”). Please take a moment to review this document thoroughly.
By downloading or accessing Roset, you agree to abide by these Terms. If you do not agree, you are not permitted to use the Service.
Age Limitation
You must be of the legal age as defined by your country or region to use Roset on your own. If you are underage, a parent or guardian must consent and supervise usage.
Account Accuracy
When creating a Roset account, you must provide truthful and up-to-date details. You are responsible for maintaining your login security and for all activity tied to your account.
You agree not to misuse the Service. Activities strictly disallowed include:
· Engaging in unlawful or harmful conduct;
· Uploading content that infringes on copyrights or privacy;
· Attempting to tamper with or hack the platform;
· Introducing malware or interfering with others’ experiences.
Use of Roset means you agree to the data collection and use practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy. While we follow industry best practices to secure user information, no digital system is fully immune to breaches.
User Materials
You retain ownership of content you create within Roset. However, by submitting it, you allow Roset Team to use and adapt it solely for the purpose of operating or promoting the Service.
Platform Materials
All code, designs, and intellectual property associated with Roset belong to Roset Team. Users may not copy, resell, or replicate the Service without express written consent.
Roset is provided without guarantees. We make no assurances about uptime, performance, or accuracy. Roset Team disclaims responsibility for any losses, including data corruption or financial damages.
These Terms may be revised at any time. Changes will be indicated via notifications or in-app updates. Continued use implies acceptance. We reserve the right to halt or limit access to the Service at our discretion.
The applicable legal jurisdiction will be based on Roset Team’s place of registration. In the case of disputes, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through informal dialogue. If necessary, issues will proceed to confidential arbitration.
